Quoits
Quoits involves the throwing of rings to land on a set of 5 pins called the ‘hub’. The rings are made of rope, and the throwing distance can be varied depending on the different skill levels of the players.
Each piece is made by Phil (The Woodbotherer) in his workshop in West Auckland. Made from solid pine, finished with a natural wood stain this game is made to last. He also makes the heavy duty hemp rings from rope, a natural but durable fibre.
