Hire Service Terms and Conditions

Bookings

Bookings can be made online by selecting ‘BOOK NOW’. Choose your hire dates and select your games to make and pay for a booking. You will receive an email confirmation. Any questions please contact us sam@woodbotherer.co.nz. Please book early to avoid disappointment especially at weekends and during the summer months.

Payment

Payment is required upon booking. Payment can be made by Debit or Credit card. A bond of $50 is required on all bookings, refundable on return of the games in good, clean condition.

Delivery

Delivery is available within Auckland, price available on request. You can also arrange to collect the games yourself however some are quite large so please check that they will fit in your vehicle (dimensions available on each game listing or request by email). We are based in New Lynn, Auckland.

Returning games

Please ensure that the games are returned in a clean condition and that you have included all the pieces. Any missing pieces or damage to the games will be charged for.

Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled up to 7 working days before collection and will incur a $50 administration fee . For any booking cancelled after this date a charge 50% of the original hire charge will apply. We offer a FREE change of date for any booking for any reason, subject to availability.

Safety

We try to make sure our games are as safe to use as possible. Please ensure young children are supervised whilst using the games. Games are hired at users own risk.

Care

We ask that you take reasonable care of the games and ensure they are not left outside in the rain.
